I am a Native Floridian, from Ft. Myers. I have lived in the Sarasota / Manatee area since 1996. I have seen so much growth and development in SW Florida, it amazes me. I have been active in the community Real Estate space since 2017. I believe that being a Native gives me an advantage of knowing many different areas of Florida. So even if you are looking for a home in a different area, I can get you information, and set you up with a local Lokation agent to give you the same great level of service you deserve.
Whether you are buying or selling, it is my top priority to make the process an enjoyable one. I have a “no pressure” approach. My goal is to have everyone come out of a closing, feeling satisfied and happy.
